Welcome to DirectMedicine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using DirectMedicine, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DirectMedicine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
DirectMedicine is an online directory that connects patients with healthcare providers who offer transparent, cash-pay pricing. We provide a platform for:
- Patients to search for and discover healthcare providers
- Healthcare providers to list their practices and services
- Both parties to connect directly
Important Disclaimers
DirectMedicine is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are a directory service that facilitates connections between patients and independent healthcare providers.
We do not verify medical credentials. While we encourage providers to maintain accurate profiles, we do not independently verify the licenses, credentials, or qualifications of healthcare providers listed on our platform. Patients should verify provider credentials through appropriate licensing boards.
Pricing is set by providers. All pricing information is provided by healthcare providers and may change. DirectMedicine does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing information. Patients should confirm pricing directly with providers before receiving services.
