Heart Health Prevention and Wellness

I am a board-certified cardiologist and health coach with over 25 years of experience caring for people with heart disease. After working for many years to diagnose and treat heart disease, I now focus on prevention. I practice Preventive Cardiology in person at my Monument, Colorado clinic and through telehealth in several states. I employ the latest advanced lab testing and diagnostic imaging to formulate an assessment of the client's cardiac risk. Then, I use those findings to create a personalized plan to help people achieve holistic health. I am passionate about helping people prevent and reverse heart disease so they can enjoy a long, fulfilling life in good health.
